PERFORMANCE CONRODS HOLDEN COMMODORE 3800cc 3.8L OHV V6 - ECOTEC VS VT VX VY 


These conrods have semi finished bronze bushed small ends.

These are a direct fit conrod for all NA Holden Commodore V6 (3.8L Ecotech OHV 2V) Engines.

These are rated to over 1200 horsepower, supporting modifications are necessary.

  • High tensile 4340 forged steel
  • 2 Piece forging
  • Hardness of HRC36-42
  • Dowelled caps for precision alignment
  • X-RAY & Sonic tested
  • Quenching and heat treated
  • Shot peened
  • 100% Magnafluxed
  • Weight Matched Sets + - 1 gram
  • Vacuum degassed to remove impurities.
  • Small End Pin Size: - 22mm

All Connecting Rods come with ARP 2000 rod bolts fitted.


Please Note:


Sometimes the small ends require a lick with a hone to set the pin clearance, as pin sizes do vary ever so slightly.


All pin to bush clearances should be checked and set before assembling depending on the application of the engine. Clearances should never just be assumed.
